I'm giving these guys 5 stars for a few reasons. The first is that the product is great and exactly what I need. Second, the prices are the best I've found after hours and hours of searching. I always receive my purchases promptly without unnecessary processing times. Lastly, for the way they just handled a small issue I had, which was due to human error. It happens, and I accept that it does. No business can ever be perfect, it's how they respond that matters. The support staff quickly, politely and professionally resolved the matter, and for this reason alone, I will be and remain a loyal customer. A business I appreciate and highly recommend.
