Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Colour Presentation & Packaging Options

Please note that colour presents differently in different mediums. The colours represented in our catalogues are generally slightly different to the product (bottle, jars, tubes, tins etc) as colours on paper do not reflect the colours in plastic, glass or aluminium mediums. Please purchase some samples to view the colours of the products if concerned. Whilst every care is taken to ensure that we accurately reproduce colours specified, please not that some colour variation could exist from different production runs. Special packaging requirements must be made known to MILC Network and please note that it might increase the quoted price and lead time.

Fit for Purpose

Some products may cause the packaging to fail. Please test the packaging with your intended use to ensure that leakage and other interactions with the packaging material does not cause undue reaction. The buyer is responsible for all product testing as MILC Network has no facilities for product trials and testing. Please note that some products require testing for longer than 24 hours.

Lead Times

Please note that locally manufactured products that are not in stock could take up to 4 weeks and overseas procured products could take up to 14 weeks to arrive at MILC Network. In some instances it could take longer. We do endeavour to make available all the stock in the catalogue. If the product is in stock, we will deliver within a week of payment (for prepaid orders).

Please note the above representations are of a generic nature. If you have made prior more specific requests they will be adhered to and completed to the agreed requirements as agreed by both parties.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Prices

Orders will be accepted only on the condition that prices charged will be those current at the time of shipment. Furthermore, any alternative pricing on customer orders will be adjudged incorrect and overridden without notification to the customer.

All packaging orders will attract freight charges where applicable. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. Please call the office to confirm current prices on 1300 333 276.

Purchase Order

For all bulk orders a written Purchase Order must be submitted by email to MILC Network for the said order to be actioned. No verbal orders will be accepted. Once an order is received an email confirmation will be sent to confirm receipt of your order at which time we will inform you of an expected delivery date (ETA).

Payment

All payments must be made in accordance with established trading terms as indicated on the invoice.

MILC Network accepts Visa, Mastercard and EFT direct deposit. A 2.25% surcharge applies for all payment made by Visa or Mastercard.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).
We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the website (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.

Retention of Title

Risk in all goods supplied hereunder shall pass to the buyer immediately upon sale or delivery of the goods to the buyer, whichever is earlier. Notwithstanding delivery and the passing of risk in the goods, or any other provision of these conditions, the property in the goods shall not pass to the buyer until MILC Network has received in cash or cleared funds payment in full of the price of the goods. Until such time as the property in the goods passes to the buyer, the buyer shall hold the goods as MILC Network's fiduciary agent and bailee, and shall keep the goods separate from those of the buyer and third parties and properly stored, protected and insured and identified as MILC Network's property. Until that time the buyer shall be entitled to resell or use the goods in the ordinary course of its business, but shall account to MILC Network for the proceeds of sale or otherwise of the goods, whether tangible or intangible, including insurance proceeds, and shall keep all such proceeds separate from any monies or property of the buyer and third parties and the case of tangible proceeds, properly stored, protected and insured. Until such time as the property in the goods passes to the buyer (and provided the goods are still in existence and have not been resold), MILC Network shall be entitled at any time to require the buyer to return the goods to MILC Network and, if the buyer fails to do so forthwith, to enter upon any premises of the buyer or any third party where the goods stored and repossess the goods. The buyer shall not be entitled to pledge or in any way charge by way of security for any indebtedness any of the goods which remain the property of MILC Network but if the buyer does so all monies owing by the buyer to MILC Network shall (without prejudice to any other right or remedy of MILC Network) forthwith become due and payable.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless MILC Network and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
