Where are you located?

MILC Network is located at 8 Logistics Street Keilor Park VIC 3042 - only a short drive from the Tullamarine Airport.

Do you sell direct?

MILC Network is a trusted distributor for a range of suppliers and therefore we supply product to all individuals and companies alike.


Do you have a catalogue?

MILC Network have a generic promotional catalogue which can be found here.

Our vast range of suppliers allows us to supply virtually any packaging product so please get in touch if you haven't found something you like.

How do I order?

Make sure to provide as much detail as you can including styles, colours, quantities, sizes and logos.

Do you have minimum orders?

For all products available on our website our MOQ’s are small and are listed as pack sizes readily available for purchase. Minimum orders for custom or bulk orders do apply however these vary widely between products.

Do you provide samples?

MILC Network can provide samples at a small cost and freight if applicable.

How do I create custom packaging?

Custom packaging is our key strength! We love great packaging. Whether it’s a glass bottle or branded unit carton, the first impression you make should always be impeccable. How do I know what decoration method is best?

Choosing the best decoration method is an important part of the branding process. Our team considers a range of factors including the substrate or material, the quantity and the intended use to make sure your branding is long lasting and stands out amongst a crowd.


What artwork files do I need to provide?

What are your lead times for custom packaging?

Lead times vary between product and branding requirements. Our sales team will provide indicative lead times for all products at the time of quoting. Working towards a specific launch date or lead time? Make sure to let our team know so that they can provide options that are on time and on brand.

Do you provide environmentally friendly solutions?

MILC Network ensures that consideration of the environment and reducing our impact is at the forefront of every business decision we make. As a result we offer a large range of environmental solutions. This includes a range of products made from recycled materials delivered with minimal outer packaging.

Are your products produced ethically?

MILC Network is committed to establishing and maintaining an ethical supply chain. This includes vetting our suppliers and any other 3rd parties according to our company policies. How much is freight?

Freight is dependent on your order and its final destination.

Do you offer collection?

All orders can be collected from our Keilor Park warehouse upon request.

How long does it take to process an order?

We strive to have all orders picked, packed and dispatched within 24-48hours of receipt. Please note any orders for stock on pre-order will take longer to be processed.

How do I track my order?

At the time of ordering you will have received an email with your tracking details including the number and applicable courier. You can keep an eye on the status of your order by entering your details here.

Do you have a returns policy?

MILC Network has a strict return policy which gladly accepts returns for faulty products or change of mind.

MILC Network will not accept change of mind returns for branded products or custom packaging orders made as stand alone purchases. 

All items should be in original condition with all packaging and blister packs intact. Our return policy extends to 30 days from receipt of your product.

Please note that MILC Network takes significant precaution to ensure your parcel is delivered to you in its original condition and therefore does NOT take any liability for parcels that have been broken by external shipping/courier companies. MILC Network will therefore not provide a full refund for any damaged parcels and may offer alternate forms of compensation depending on the circumstance.

How do I make a return?

Change of mind returns will be at the cost of the customer and should be returned to 8 Logistics Street, Keilor Park VIC 3042. Please note all returns must first be approved before being dispatched. Returns will not be accepted without prior warning.
