Freight & Shipping Information
Shipping and freight charges are calculated based on order size and delivery location and are subject to change. All orders are shipped from our Melbourne, Victoria warehouse. Authority to Leave: All deliveries are given Authority to Leave unless otherwise requested at the time of order if deemed safe to do so by the courier.
PO Boxes: We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. To avoid delays in shipping, please provide a valid physical street address when placing your order.
While most orders are delivered within 7 business days of order placement, delivery time frames provided by MILC Network are estimates only and as such MILC Network is not liable for losses caused by delivery delays.
Bulky & Fragile Deliveries
Many products available through MILC Network are classified as bulky or fragile - particularly those containing glass.
Orders including multiple glass blisters or other large items requiring pallets may incur additional freight charges. Please contact us in advance for an accurate quote and advise whether a forklift is available at your delivery location and your preferred delivery window.
Local Pickup
Pickup is available for orders of all sizes from our warehouse in Keilor Park.
